Facility Rental

Activities of the Parish will take priority reserving the use of the Parish Hall. However, there may be exceptions such as weddings and major Parish activities that will require re- scheduling of regularly scheduled meetings and activities of Parish organizations. Reservations for weddings and major Parish/Archdiocese activities are confirmed at the earliest possible time to obtain a specific date. Availability will be determined by the calendar of events already scheduled. In the event of a scheduling conflict, the judgment of the Parish Office Manager and/or the Pastor will prevail.

The facility may be used for activities such as civic organization meetings, civic organization sponsored events such as fund raisers, other public activities, parties, and luncheons.

General Rate- applies to any event that is social or civic. Such events may include but are not limited to: wedding receptions, birthday parties, social conventions, banquets, holiday gatherings, etc.

Parishioner Rate- applies to any event that is social or civic in which case the individual is an active registered parishioner at Our Lady of the Gulf. The renter must have been registered for a reasonable period of time before rental request is made. *Active means that individual has completed parish registration forms on file, regularly attends Mass and other parish events, and makes verifiable contributions of time, talent or treasure. *Parishioners are not permitted to rent the parish hall for work/company functions at the “parishioner rates”.

Usage Fees:
 $2000  General Rate + $500 Facilitator Fee

$100  Archdiocesan Insurance
$150  Cleaning Fee
Additional Charges will apply for use of Audio Visual or Musical equipment.
